How to Apply for the UP Old Age Pension Scheme?

- Visit the UP Government’s Official Website for the Integrated Pension Portal.
- From the home page, select the link, “Vridhavasta Pension”
- Now, select or click on the Apply Now button.
- You will be directed to a web page where you can complete the application form. Fill out the form with all of the essential information and upload all of the required documents.
- After completing the form and uploading the needed papers, click the Submit button.
- After you submit the application, take a printout of it since you will need to physically submit it to the DSWO / DPO / DHWO office within 1 month of the date of Final Submission.

- From the home page, select the link.
- Now, select (2021-22) from the drop-down menu.
- The UP Old Age Pension District Wise Pension List will be displayed. You must then select your District, Block, Panchayat, and Village.
- After you’ve chosen your village, you’ll see the total number of pensioners next to the village, click on it.
